Sustainability and the strength of Ugandan women
We are pleased to bring you exceptional coffee from the Sebei region on the slopes of Mt. Elgon in Uganda. This women-led project brings together over 1,000 farmers and has focused on sustainable incomes and innovative farming practices since its inception in 2016.
The SL14, SL28 coffee varieties grow at altitudes of 1,800 to 2,400 meters on volcanic soil, where the cool, foggy climate naturally protects the plantations from pests and encourages organic cultivation. Farmers enrich the soil with natural fertiliser and grow bananas among the coffee trees, which promotes biodiversity.

Exceptional taste and careful processing
The coffee cherries are hand-picked with the emphasis on selecting only perfectly ripe ones. They then undergo precise processing - natural, honey or washed. Every step of the drying and storage process is carefully controlled to preserve the unique flavour of this fine Arabica.
