Cerebrum was created by our roasters for all coffee lovers and it's something! A blend of Brazil, two Salvadorans and Robusta with a strong body and rich crema, balanced flavors of dark chocolate, hazelnuts, marzipan, the sweetness of nougat and a long chocolate aftertaste.
